The citizenM Los Angeles Downtown, which is being developed in partnership with Los Angeles-based BLVD Hospitality, replaces a parking lot at the northwest corner of 4th and Spring Streets in the Historic Core.  Plans call for the construction of an 11-story building featuring 315 guest rooms. The largest private real estate project in San Diego—a $1.5 billion redevelopment of 12 acres of Navy land on the downtown waterfront. Manchester Financial Group held a ceremonial groundbreaking Friday for the Manchester Pacific Gateway, a complex of seven buildings — including regional headquarters for the Navy — that will open in three years. The project includes two hotels, 1.1 million square feet of office space, 391,000 square feet of restaurants and shops, 4.5 acres of public open space, and 2,400 underground parking spaces. Tower Crane Operator of 330ft free standing

Located on a property that fronts 5th, Olive and Hill Streets, the project consists of a high-rise tower and podium-type building that will feature a combined 660 apartments and nearby 14,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Portland-based Ankrom Moisan Architects is designing both components of the development. Suffolk Construction broke ground on the 24-story tower at the beginning of March, while Bernards Bros. The mixed-use complex, which is being developed by the Beijing-based Oceanwide Real Estate Group, will consist of three high-rise buildings on a 4.6-acre site across the street from Staples Center and L.A. Live.  The 49-story north tower, currently the second tallest building under construction in Los Angeles, will consist of 164 luxury condominiums and a five-star, 183 room hotel. Figueroa Street, the twin 35-story buildings featuring 648 luxury apartments which are built to condo specifications.  The mix of one- and two-bedroom dwellings - as well as three-bedroom penthouse - range between 600 square feet and 4,000 square feet, with rents between $3,000 per month and $25,000 per month. The $200-million development, located at 6th and Bixel Streets in City West, will consist of a pair of six-story structures designed by architecture firm Togawa Smith Martin.  When completed, the two buildings will comprise 606 residential units, 25,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space and parking accommodations for up to 762 vehicles. The $300 million project, named for its location at the intersection of Sunset and La Cienega Boulevards, will eventually consist of four mid-rise buildings, providing a mixture of hotel rooms, condominiums and premium retail and restaurant space. Heavy Equipment Operator

Worked on the solar power plant in Santa Clarita, Ca. in order to bring solar power to the local community. Operated 560 Compactor, D9 dozers, D4 dozers, Water trucks, Earth moving scraper and rock trucks. This project entailed the tearing down of a natural hillside mountain and refilling it with earth material and compacting it to the specifications in order to build the solar power plant.

Skid Steer w/ (Auger 8', bucket, drill bit, Multiple attachments) & 40' Skytrak forklift

Cored out (asphalt) hole settings, augured 14' x2' diameter holes with skid steer. Set 20' cages & steal posts. Assisted with pouring cement, leveling, clean up. Set pre-lings 20 feet high with skytrack.

       

2010-2011 Swift Trucking Transportation Services

Operated eighteen (18) wheeler

Drove over the road (delivered and picked up in 12+ states) Drove Freightliner, Volvo, International rigs. Experienced in hooking up and unhooking 32 foot dry and refrigerated units. Earned a dedicated route with Dollar Tree stores for the tri-state area of California, Nevada, Arizona.
