Below are a list of the 5 properties we've managed throught our years as property managers. Starting with our most recent property to our first starter property when in we had our first child. All the properties are special and we have years of wonderful stories and lessons learned.

Brooks Venture

This property is a 154 mix of 0,1 & 2 units within this complex. There was a pool and hot tub at this property . We leasing Managers here for over a year. Due to family emergency we gave up our position here.

Mountainview Apartments

This property had 139 mix of 1, 2 & 3 units. It had a large pool and Jacuzzi . A large campus with many amenities . We were here for over 3 years and due to a medical situation we could not remain on staff.

Cypress Village Apartments

This property was a wonderful place with 28 units and a pol in the back. We truly enjoyed this home for many years 7 to be exact. We learned a lot about managing from this property.

Casa Bonita Apartments

This property was in the downtown city of Long Beach. it had 80 units in all. This was our second managed property with RK Properties and we learn about tenant relations and the art of negotiations.

2nd Street Apartments

This was our very first 28 unit

managed property, we held as a team. We were very appreciative to have been given our first chance at managing here. We had our first child just days of having moved into the start of our management endeavors
